Record Taxation Starts Now

We haven’t seen taxation like this since the era of tariffs that contributed to the Great Depression.

Today, the White House announced that President Donald Trump will implement new tariffs starting tomorrow, February 1, 2025. These tariffs include a 25% levy on imports from Canada and Mexico, and a 10% levy on goods from China.

President Trump stated that there is nothing Canada, Mexico, or China can do to prevent these tariffs, emphasizing his commitment to enforcing them.

The administration has indicated that these measures are part of a broader strategy to address trade imbalances and protect domestic industries.
