Rare Winter Air Quality Alert for Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA — December 7 and 8, 2015 have been declared “don’t breath in Philly days” by the EPA. It is rare to have a December air quality alert in Philadelphia, PA. It is recommended not to breath in the out-of-doors on alert days. Children, elderly and physically active individuals are most at risk for disease and death.
